RETURN POLICY

At JUMIIS we are committed to making sure our customers are satisfied with our products. If your purchase was not what you expected, you are free to return your item within 30 days of your purchase date, as long as it hasn't been used and is in its new original condition.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will do everything we can to ensure you have a smooth return process. Below are the steps you need to follow to return an item:

  • Email a copy of the original receipt to returns@jumiis.com to get an RMA number. 
  • Before a return can be processed, we need to verify that you purchased the item(s) from JUMIIS.COM and not a third party seller.
  • We also need to confirm that you purchased the items within the last 30 days. 
  • After 30 days, all sales are final.
  • Repackage your return and include the original receipt with your order. 
  • Write the RMA number on the original receipt, making sure to include it in the box with your item to be returned.
  • Ship the package back to JUMIIS to the following address:

Shipping & handling - Customers are responsible for shipping costs back to jumiis.com plus a restocking fee of CAD$3.99. 

For lost or stolen packages, please contact and file a claim with Canada Post or UPS. Once the item has been shipped, JUMIIS is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

Receiving your refund - Your refund will be issued back to the credit card or Paypal account initially used.
